We were born out of genuine frustration, as it had become more and more apparent that the majority of delighted customers rarely took the time to go online and share their experience with the world. However, if they were disgruntled, the online review platforms were the first places customers would flock to, despite most issues being misunderstandings that could have been resolved quickly.

We were born out of genuine frustration, as it had become more and more apparent that the majority of delighted customers rarely took the time to go online and share their experience with the world. However, if they were disgruntled, the online review platforms were the first places customers would flock to, despite most issues being misunderstandings that could have been resolved quickly.

This feedback tarnishes reputations forever and rarely reflects the truth.

We decided it was time to change this. So we devised a system called “Rate Us”, which would allow businesses to increase the conversion rate of customers who took the time to leave reviews while also offering them the opportunity to pre-screen their customers to ensure that if something had not gone to plan in the eyes of the customer, these businesses had the opportunity to reach out privately and resolve any issues before they inflicted damage online and risked going “viral”.

First, we produced our “Rate Us” review collection pages to order. We were mainly focused on our local area, but once news spread, we found ourselves launching wow reviews, a platform giving us global reach and allowing businesses of any size to generate their own personalised Rate Us review site in minutes. This also allowed businesses to access all our resources for free, ensuring they achieved maximum results.
